Terms & Conditions -Texas Auto Title & Registration Consultants, Inc., (the "Auctioneer") and its employees and representatives are agents of the Seller. -Seller/Auctioneer disclaims any and all express and implied warranties regarding the items to be sold. -All auctions are conducted "WITH RESERVE", as defined by the TEXAS BUSINESS & COMMERCE CODE, Section 2.328(c). -Seller/Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any all bids until the successful bidder has been notified as set forth above. Such notification shall constitute the conclusion of the action. -Buyers are responsible for their purchases when auctioneer says "SOLD". -Auctioneer Reserves the right to bid on the Seller's behalf. -Auctioneer is protected by a Recovery Fund. -The last bid at an auction is legally binding. -Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter. -This Notice of Auction does not and is not intended to constitute an offer to contact by Seller/Auctioneer, but is intended to be only a notice of the auction and an invitation to prospective bidders to submit a bid. -In the event the sale of an item requires the delivery of proper title documents to buyer and auctioneer is unable to deliver such documents, through no fault of its own, within 30 days buyer's sole remedy is to return item in the same condition as received and be refunded only purchase price. -Methods of payment are cash, cashier's check or check. If paying by check, a Letter of Guarantee is necessary from your bank and pre-approved by the Auctioneer. A "HOLD" maybe placed on all title paperwork for 7 to 14 days until check has cleared. -Taxes may apply on surplus items. -All vehicle descriptions intended to be accurate & true, but not guaranteed. All vehicles sold "AS-IS-WHERE IS" no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. -Vehicles may be added or released prior to auction. -All items must be paid for before removal from the premises.
