This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. HiBid has a two-minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes.

THIS WEEK: Multiple estate contents, furniture, antiques, collectibles, excess retail merchandise, household goods, tools, jewelry, art, clothing, vintage finds, vinyl records and much more are being sold with $1 minimum bids and NO RESERVE PRICES. Auction preview and pick up Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 each week. We're excited to see you in person but please follow CDC social distancing guidelines and limit your time in the building. Masks required for entry. Curbside pick up service also available. Our Online Auctions feature a great mix of personal property from local estates and liquidators including furniture, antiques, tools, household goods, new-in-box items, retail liquidation items, toys, art, jewelry, coins, memorabilia, vintage finds, collectibles and a bit of the unique and unusual! Capacity will be limited to 10 people (usually not a problem) and curbside option will continue: Call us @ 248-660-0752 when you arrive and we'll bring your items out on a cart for you to load into your vehicle. Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and pick up can be made Fridays 11-5 or Saturdays 11-3 each week. - Be sure to bring your own boxes and paper if you purchase fragile items. - We'll be open Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 ONLY for pick ups and preview each week and we'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday. - Please make sure to have your items picked up by the 9th day after auction closes. This gives you the first Friday/Saturday and second Friday/Saturday after each auction ends to pick up your items.. We can no longer hold items for more than 9 days. Items not removed after 9 calendar days of the auction's close will be considered abandoned and become property of Michigan Trading Co. LLC. Thanks for your cooperation!
