Bidding Notice:
This is an Online - Internet Only - Timed Auction. All bidding activity will take place online. When bidding, just enter your maximum bid. The system will bid on your behalf using only what it needs to keep you in the lead. We have a 20 second soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within 20 seconds of the lot’s initial closing time, a 20 second extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for 20 seconds minute.

You will receive an invoice at auction close. Please pay online and take paid invoice with you to pick up your items. Bring help for large items. There will not be a forklift or assistance for the large items in yard, please bring help and any tools or equipment you would need.
